TERRY LOVVORN, ASSOCIATE BROKER

Terry Lovvorn is a Virginia licensed Associate Broker and Realtor who has worked in Real Estate for over 25 years. She carries the professional designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtor Institude (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), as well as the Internet Professional Certification Program (e-PRO). Terry brings a wide range of experience to each buyer, seller, and customer relationship.

She has lived in lived in Japan, Hawaii, California, Virginia, Washington DC and traveled throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe. This has given her a broad working knowledge of many cultures and languages, and she uses these skills in every aspect of listing and selling real estate.

Terry Lovvorn is a native Californian, a retired U.S. Naval Officer, is a mother of one daughter, and is married to another U. S Naval Officer. Based on their service backgrounds, she and her husband both share a diligent work ethic positive and dedication to the job at hand. Her enthusiasm and experience in working with people from all walks of life have given Terry the unique opportunity to help many folks successfully buy or sell their homes and land. As a retired naval veteran, devoted spouse and concerned mother, Terry understands the upheaval and change that can accompany relocating and the associated property search.

Terry Lovvorn is an active volunteer for the greater good of her community. A Rotarian since 1995, she currently serves as Secretary of the Williamsburg Rotary Club, and especially enjoys organizing the Salvation Army Red Kettle volunteers every Christmas. She has served on the Board of the Honolulu Real Estate Association and is a current committee member for the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors.

After obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Social Science Terry went on to obtain her Masters in "International Organizations and Negotiations" from the Naval Postgraduate School. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, cooking, Pilates, and attending concerts and theatrical events.
